It is single-player, so cross-play does not apply; cross-save has not been confirmed.

Because Black Flag Resynced is a single-player game with no multiplayer, cross-play (playing online together across platforms) simply does not apply.

Ubisoft has not confirmed cross-progression or cloud save transfer between platforms. If that changes, we will update this page.
